E-Design is where your space is designed remotely by an Interior Designer, rather than in person, made possible through the use of technology and photo realistic design software


The E-Design Process

Check Availability and Pay Your Deposit

To secure your space, you will need to pay a design deposit of £150. This will be deducted from your later design fees. Please check our Bookings Page to see our next availability and to pay your deposit.

Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive an email requesting the specific information about your project - please double check your spam folder if you do not see this email within 10 minutes of booking in your main inbox

Design Questionnaire

You will receive an email requesting details about your project, as well as a link to our Design Questionnaire which will try look to find out information such as your design style and your specific budget

We are happy to communicate with you via your preferred contact method, this can be via video calls, email, telephone or WhatsApp

Design Brief

Using the information provided in your questionnaire, we will get to work by developing a mood board for your space. This will show our initial ideas of what we think would suit the room. We will start creating your mood boards on your specified project start date

We are more than happy to tweak this if needed - once you have confirmed you are happy with the rough design for the room, we will start to create your bespoke design package.

50% of your final design fee will be requested at this stage - please note we will not be able to start on the full design renders before this payment has been received.

The Finished Product

Within two weeks, you will receive the following:-

  • 3D RENDERS: Photo realistic images of what your room will look like once the design has been completed

    If you choose to upgrade to our premium design package, you will also receive:-

  • SHOPPING LIST: A shopping list to show where to purchase the main items from, as per your budget. The shopping list also includes discount codes to make sure you get the best possible prices. We aim to source items as closely as possible to the renders however will sometimes have to source items that are similar depending on what is in stock and available at the time of sourcing

  • DESIGN TIPS: You will also receive design tips specific to your room to help you perfectly execute the design

The remaining 50% of your final design fee will also be requested at this stage - this will need to be paid within 7 days of you receiving your final design

Benefits of E-Design

E-Design is typically more affordable than in person design as you are not having to foot the cost of the designers travel, accommodation and therefore more of their time, meaning the designer can charge more affordable prices. You therefore are able to benefit from the expertise of an Interior Designer, while saving money in the process

We use high quality software’s, meaning you can see how the design will look before spending any money on new furniture or décor pieces, helping prevent you from making costly design mistakes

The shopping list supplied means you can purchase the items (or similar) in your own time, helping to spread the cost. Discount codes are also supplied helping you to save money. Items are sourced from easy to use stores to ensure your time spent shopping is as seamless as possible

We also try to incorporate items from small independent UK online businesses in our designs, meaning unique and handmade items are often included in your design
