What is the difference between the Basic and Premium packages?

Both packages include moodboards, design tips and photo-realistic images of what your space will look like. With the basic package, you can use these images as a point of reference to source similar products for the space. With the Premium Package, the sourcing is done for you. You will receive a shopping list of the products recommended, any active discount codes and links for where to purchase them

How long will it take for my design to be finished?

We first create your moodboard which you will receive within two days of your project’s start date. Once the moodboard is approved and upfront payment has been received, you will receive your full design within 2 weeks.

When do I make the payments for my design?

A deposit is payable to secure your space with us (this will be deducted from your final design fee). Once you have received your mood board for your space outlining our ideas and you have confirmed you are happy with them, you will be asked to make a 50% payment of your final design fee before we start to create your full design.

Upon receiving your upfront payment, we will start to create your full designs. You will get your first designs within two weeks, where we can then discuss any changes you want to be made to the designs. The final payment is due once you have received your first set of designs.

Can I make amendments to my design?

Yes, with the Basic package you can make 2 sets of amendments and with the premium package you can make 3 sets of amendments, all included as standard within the price

Is the deposit refundable?

If you give us at least two weeks notice that you would like to cancel, we will refund your initial deposit. Unfortunately if we are given less notice than this, we will not being able to refund your deposit. If we do not receive the information needed for your project by your start date, we will need to move onto our next project - your deposit is this instance will not be refundable.

Can I book in with you sooner than your calendar allows?

Yes, we have a waiting list where you can add your project details and preferred project start date. We will do everything we can to get you booked in on this date and we will be in touch if the availability comes up to do so. Please note that joining the waiting list for a specific date does not mean you are guaranteed the date, it is only if availability comes up

Who will be working on my project?

Rebecca Taylor, the founder and owner of the brand will work on your designs from start to finish.

Will I get any discount from retailers by using your service?

Yes - when sourcing, we always search the web for any active discount codes with retailers to make sure you achieve the maximum savings possible when putting the design together

Do you help with sourcing the tradesmen needed for my project?

If you have booked our Premium Service, we can look to help source tradesmen for your project if you would like our help with this. Please let us know if this is part of the service that you would want to use when booking in

We are happy to have a initial conversation with them to confirm what needs to be done however you will need to communicate with them regarding when they are going to come to the property to complete the works. Payment for the trade will be done directly through the tradespeople, not via Rebecca Taylor
